Ingredients

  • 300g chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 dried chili peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 slice ginger

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add dried chili peppers, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated chicken cubes and stir-fry quickly until they change color.
  4. Add sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry evenly.
  5. Finally, add the roasted peanuts and stir-fry a few times before serving.

Tips

Cook quickly over high heat to keep the chicken tender.
